Throughout his career, George has demonstrated his proficiency in leading product development programs for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and has successfully integrated occupant sensing systems with crash management systems to enhance passive safety functionality. He has also excelled in administering research and development programs, managing vendor and partner technology relationships, and meeting customer needs through resourceful problem-solving and effective communication.
As an Executive in the field, George has provided technical expertise in various vehicle applications pertaining to occupant safety. His previous experiences encompass foundation brakes in the chassis, cockpit assembly in the interior, and serving as the Global Technical Lead for the Front Cross Car Beam assembly. He has also served as a System Engineer for the Occupant Sensing System, where he was responsible for passive safety vehicle functions.
George is deeply passionate about developing advanced sensor system solutions related to occupant sensing, including detection, location, and classification for various vehicle features and applications. This includes airbag deployment features, restraint-related features, and communication-related features, all while ensuring the responsible interfaces are properly integrated.
